The track team will compete in their first race of the season at the BlackBerry Relays Thursday. The race will be held at the Lindale Stadium where both JV and varsity will compete.
“I’m really excited for the first track meet of my senior year,” senior Henrique Arantes said. “I hope for a great season for everyone.”
Field events will begin at noon and the 3200m run will take place at 12:30 p.m. All finals events will start at 3 p.m.
“I’m so excited for the start of our new season this year,” senior Lydia Payne said. “I hope for a good last year with my friends and coaches.”
