The Booster Club pitched the idea of a new softball turf before the school board and they approved it during the summer. The new turf allows the players to practice and play games when the weather is rainy.
“We are super excited about the turf field and cannot wait for the season,” softball coach Jessica Dimsdle said. “It is so nice for the coaches and players to have less fieldwork and more time to practice.”
