Last week, our golf teams competed in the District 16 Golf Tournament and our track teams competed in the Tommy Miller Relays; varsity girls soccer also won a game against Grand Saline.

At the District Golf Tournament, the Eagles advanced to regionals. The overall team score for both the boys and the girls was second place. Looking at individual scores, Kenzie McClenny is the girl’s champion for the tournament.

Coach Dukes and I are very proud of this young team,” Coach Kelly said. “We’re so proud of how hard they’ve been working.”

At the track Tommy Miller Relays, the varsity girls placed 1st overall, while the junior varsity girls placed 5th.

Varsity girls soccer had one game against Grand Saline on March 22 and won 8 to 0. Sophomore Abigail Warrington scored the most points with 3 goals and junior Summer Ishmael scored 2 goals.
