UPDATE: To help with traffic flow, all LHS students will be dismissed from school today at 1 p.m.
We will start parent pick up for College Street and Lindale ECC students at 1:30 p.m. at the LISD Performing Arts Center. Again, all ECC and CSE car riders are to be picked up at 1:30 at the LISD PAC.
Buses will operate as usual on normal time.
All other campuses not mentioned remain on normal school hours.The city has hit a gas line near the streets of Brazil and College. Out of precaution, College Street Elementary, Lindale ECC, and AEP students and staff have been evacuated to the LISD Performing Arts Center. Buses will safely transport to and from the PAC. The plan is to have all students and staff return to campus as soon as the gas leak is fixed and we get the okay from local authorities.
