Freshman Jacqueline Rand won the Texas FFA State Jr. Prepared Public Speaking Contest Thursday.
“It was very exciting,” Rand said. “My competition was very talented, and I was grateful for the opportunity to simply compete at the state level. I could not have done it without the support of my family, my ag teachers, and my fellow FFA members.”
