Softball is 4-1

Last night, the varsity softball team traveled down to Nacogdoches to collect another district win, winning 20-1 and upping their record to 4-1 after the first round of district play.  Lindale had 11 total hits on the evening. Jodi DeHart went 3 for 3, London Reue was 2 for 2, Hannah Knox went 2 for 4, and Dee Saunders, Gracie Spearman, Sarah Day, and Morgynn Zemer chipped in a hit a piece as well. Hannah Knox took the win as pitcher for the Lady Eagles.

Lindale begins the second round of district play tomorrow, Friday April 6th, at home against Jacksonville. They will also host the JV District tournament all day Saturday April 7th.
