Volleyball Reaches 7-0 Undefeated

The Lindale Lady Eagles Volleyball Team won in three sets Friday night at Chapel Hill. Scores were: 25-6, 25-15, and 25-11. The Lady Eagles are now 20-0 overall and 7-0 in district play. Setter Kalaya Pierce set the tone for the match with 25 assists, 3 digs, 2 kills, and an ace. Shelbi Steen led with 17 kills, and 11 digs. Skylar Wyllie recorded 7 kills, 2 blocks, 2 digs, and 4 aces. Ellie Watkins served 3 aces and Chelynn Palmer added 2. The Lady Eagles travel to Cumberland Tuesday night to play at 5:30 pm.

The Junior Varsity Lady Eagles won in two sets 25-15 and 25-20. Brooke Tweedell led the attack with 4 kills and 1 Block. Keatyn Bills had 3 kills and 1 Block, and Maddox Lay added 2 Kills and 3 Aces for the Lady Eagles. JV will play Tuesday at 4:30 at Cumberland Academy.

Freshman A Team won in three sets with scores 21-25, 25-15, and 25-13. Dylan Adams put up 5 kills, 2 aces, 6 assists, 2 blocks. Tatum Woodard had 5 kills, 5 assists, and 3 aces. Fynlie Tidwell recorded 4 kills 2 blocks. Olivia Gary posted 2 kills, 5 digs, and 5 aces, and Landri Laing added 4 kills in the win. The Lady Eagles will play Tuesday at Cumberland at 4:30 pm.
