The track team competed at District on April 12 in Jacksonville. The team came out with six district champions and with four relays advancing to Area. The girls team ended in third place overall with 120 points for the day and the boys team finished in fifth with sixty points total. Area will be April 19 in Whitehouse.
“Our kids competed their hearts out and did very well representing Lindale High School,” track coach Roy Thompson said. “Coach Rozell and I are very proud of their hard work this year.”
