Friday December 9, senior Ben Dieppa was selected as the State Farm Good Neighbor for the month of December. Dieppa was selected because of his hard work and dedication.
“The award is in recognition of the core values of Lindale Schools,” State Farm insurance agent R.J. Collins said. “We just want to recognize students who continue who do the right things every day.”
Along with the award, Dieppa was given a gift package that included jumper cables, a Doc’s Pizza gift card, and a State Farm t-shirt. Dieppa is hoping to pursue a career in welding and hopes to participate in rodeos. He currently is doing odd jobs to earn money and studying welding.
“I just do my work every day,” Dieppa said. “I wake up every day with a positive attitude and do what needs to be done the right way.”
