All Lindale ISD campuses will have a three hour early release on Friday due to the varsity football team playing in the bi-district round for state playoffs in Orange, Texas. The LHS band, cheerleaders, Star Steppers, and football team will all be transported to Orange by busses after school.
“I am proud of our team and coaches for earning this playoff game,” principal Jeremy Chilek said. “Our football district is likely the toughest 4A Division 1 district in Texas and to make the playoffs says a lot about our players and coaches.”
