Student Council will hold their first meeting on Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. in room 410. Students are required to bring their application and $25 dues to the meeting.
“I think STUCO is important because it helps students get excited about school events,” Madi Gasser, vice president and senior, said. “It also allows opportunities to give back to those that are always helping us out around the school.”
This year, student council members will participate in canned food drives and various fundraisers around town. They will also decorate for homecoming week.
”I love student council because it gets me involved in all things school spirit,” Gasser said. “Plus, I get to meet some really cool people.”
