Recently, twenty-two high school GT students competed in the Region 7 Model United Nations competition. Model UN is a competition for the Gifted and Talented students where they debate global issues among other high school students across the region.
“They knocked it out of the park,” GT Coordinator Lisa Vader said. “In both leadership and competition they represented Lindale well.”
This is an annual competition where these students compete in groups under a specified country to speak out on current issues and debate realistic solutions created by the student delegates. The results of this competition are below:
