The ASL class is making “I love you” hand sign ornaments, using homemade playdough and personal handprints. This project take two weeks to dry, then get painted, sealed, and wrapped for Christmas.
“As a parent, the time during the younger years is fleeting and getting special ornaments from our kids is always a sweet memory to cherish throughout the years,” teacher Amy Thompson said. “Gifting feels good and this is one way to incorporate it into a lesson.”
