Student Council is hosting a can food drive from Oct. 23-Nov.3. The cans will go towards Lindale Christmas Helpers.
“We do this food drive every year for the Lindale community,” student council sponsor Renee Ramsey said. “It’s a great way to raise money for a good cause.”
The food drive is a competition between 3rd period classes. The winning class will win treats.
“It is always fun to see how competitive students and teachers get for this food drive,” Ramsey said. “I love to see all of the proceeds through this competition going towards making someone happy.”
