This year’s Big Art day event will take place Thursday, March 2 at the LHS cafeteria. The purpose is to bring awareness to the arts and provide a free art activity that families can participate in together.
“I hope that students learn about serving their community and bringing awareness to art in our community,” art teacher Rebecca Harrison said. “Our big art day is one of the most fun days of the year, and it works in conjunction with other Big Art Day events all over the state.
