This Friday at the football playoff game, there will be an orange out. The orange out represents Dominic Baumgardner’s favorite color.
“It is so sad that his family didn’t know he had acute leukemia,” senior Madison Plunkett. “It makes me realize how little time you have left.”
Baumgardner passed away from acute leukemia. He attended Van High School and was a part of their band.
“It is so sad to see someone pass away,” junior Maddison Whiting. “I am just glad we can show our support for him and his family this Friday.”
