The theater department will perform their new show on Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the Black Box. The shows will also be at 7 p.m. on Dec. 3 and 4 and at 2 p.m. on Dec. 5.
“I’m excited about this idea,” senior Tyler Chamberlain said. “It’s totally different from anything we’ve done before. This gives all of us an opportunity to get out and try something new.”
Rehearsals for these shows started Oct. 19 and will continue until the show opens in December. Each ticket price will include the price of the popcorn and sodas for the show viewing.
“This is something new I’m trying for high school,” sophomore Otto Strauss said. “However, it’s not my first play because I did it as a child growing up and am still doing it currently at church. I have a lot of fun with theater, and I feel like it is going to be funny, cheesy, and really good.”
