When most people see a pen, they most likely only see all pens as relatively equal with the only real differentiating factor being that some simply look more expensive than others. To most people, a pen is just a pen, and as long as it writes, it is good enough for them. I used to be the same way, just picking up any writing utensil I could find that did the job and being content with it, until one day I stumbled upon the G2 Bold Retractable Gel Ink Pen, or as I refer to it as, the G-2 10, the 10 representing the size, in millimeters, of the ballpoint.

After using this pen, it has ruined almost all other pens for me, and most of the time I can’t bear the pain it puts me through to use any normal pen. When I first picked up this masterpiece of a writing implement and put it to paper, I was taken aback. I had to completely stop for a second and realize what was happening in the relationship between the pen and the paper as I began writing for the second time and I continued awestruck by the perfection of pen craftsmanship that I was witnessing as the pen glided against the paper effortlessly. It really was and continues to be, something that really can’t be done justice with just words and really just has to be experienced by each individual.

Since I made this discovery in penmanship magnificence, I have attempted to share the experience with as many people as possible. I have seen all types of reactions to the G2-10. Some still see it as just a regular pen after using it, but most admire its beauty after experiencing its magnificence.
