The Lindale Independent School District is pleased to announce the hiring of Holley Snow as the new Communications Specialist. Snow will also serve as the Executive Director of the Lindale ISD Education Foundation.
“I am honored to work in a district where excellence is a priority,” said Snow. “As a former Lindale ISD student, I have witnessed firsthand the dedication teachers and faculty show to their students. They pour their heart and soul into not only educating our nation’s future leaders, but inspiring, encouraging, and developing their character. I am proud to represent such a team in the local community.”
“We are very excited about the addition of Mrs. Holley Snow,” Lindale ISD Superintendent Stan Surratt said. “She has all the necessary credentials and skills to lead our district as the communications specialist and education foundation director.”
Snow is a former television news reporter and video journalist. As a general assignment reporter, she has covered hundreds of stories ranging from crime and natural disasters to education and politics.
“Holley’s past experience as a reporter will certainly be an asset for this position,” Surratt said. “Her knowledge of Lindale ISD and the community is a big plus as well. Mrs. Snow was just a perfect fit for this position.”
Snow graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in broadcast journalism. She is a graduate of Lindale High School.
