Last night, the Lindale Lady Eagles moved up to 2-0 in district as they made a clean sweep defeat of the Nacogdoches Lady Dragons at home. Freshmen scores were 25-10 and 25-14. JV scores were 25-5 and 25-13.

Varsity handled Nacogdoches in three sets with scores of 25-12, 25-5, and 25-11. Leading the Lady Eagles at the net was Brina Kuslak, Hannah Knox, and Shelbi Steen who all had 5 kills and 1 block on the night. London Reue also had 4 kills and 1 block in the match. Setters Harleigh Thurman and Kalaya Pierce kept the ball moving well with Thurman having 13 assists and 3 aces, and Pierce adding 10 assists and 4 aces. Libero Alisha Kiser had 22 digs on the match.The Lady Eagles take on Jacksonville at home on Friday night. Varsity will play first at 4:30 with JV and Freshmen following afterwards.
