The Lindale Speech and Debate team traveled to Midway High School (Waco) this past Saturday. Every member of the team who competed at the tournament came away with a medal. Students continued to earn points towards their qualification to TFA State. Our results are as follows:

6th Congressional Debate – Evan Bewersdorf
Finalist Congressional Debate – Grant Root
1st International Extemporaneous Speaking – Evan Bewersdorf
4th US Extemporaneous Speaking – Grant Root
5th US Extemporaneous Speaking – Ashlyn Ellgass (freshman)
