At the 16-5A UIL CX debate district contest, junior Alec Ramsey and sophomore Jonas Thrasher-Evers took first place and seniors Cody Gustafson and Barron Wolter took second. These two teams qualify for the state meet held in March in Austin. Seniors Gavin Downing and Colton Parker took fourth to give Lindale 46 points for UIL Spring Academic Meet. Jonas was also the top speaker earning perfect speaker points at the competition!
